Zviko Mhakayakora is a Zimbabwean Creative based in Toronto. She is a multidisciplinary creative catalyst working towards being an advocate and change agent for Black, Indigenous and People of Colour within creative industries globally. Zviko serves on the board at DesignTO.
Zviko has curated exhibitions and public programming at Harbourfront Centre as part of Toronto International Festival of Authors, OCAD University, Artscape Youngplace, Daniels Spectrum, XPACE Cultural Centre as part of DesignTO (formerly Toronto Design Offsite), The Gladstone Hotel as part of Long Winter and The Drake Hotel Properties (The Drake Hotel, Drake One Fifty, Drake Devonshire Inn and The Drake General Store) and in private residences. Zviko's work has seen her featured in Cibwe's Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada alongside industry leaders like Dori Tunstall.
